4. Membership Plans

Piano Tutorials with Chris Ebute offers different membership plans designed to provide access to structured piano education. Membership benefits may include access to video lessons, downloadable resources, practice templates, assessments, future course updates and other exclusive educational content. Membership grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access the Platform during your active subscription.

5. Payments

Membership fees are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed using approved payment providers including Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe or any future payment gateway supported by the Platform. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, eligible memberships include our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, account sharing or abuse of our educational resources.

7. Course Access

Your membership gives you personal access to eligible courses during your subscription period. We may improve, replace or reorganise courses as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

8. Downloadable Resources

Practice Templates, worksheets, assignments, PDF books, scale charts, chord charts and similar educational resources are licensed solely for your personal learning. You may not sell, redistribute, reproduce, upload or commercially exploit these materials.

9. Piano Skill Assessment

Our Piano Skill Assessment is intended to help students understand their current musical strengths and identify areas for improvement. Assessment results are educational recommendations only and do not constitute professional certification.

10. Student Responsibilities

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious software, scrape content or misuse our educational materials. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

12. Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, PDFs, worksheets, graphics, logos, assessments, software, website design and educational materials remain the exclusive property of Piano Tutorials with Chris Ebute. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

13. Copyright Protection

You may not copy, record, redistribute, screen-record, upload, reproduce or sell any lesson, video or downloadable resource. Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of your membership and legal action where appropriate.

14. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Our educational content may not be used to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or similar technologies without our prior written permission. This restriction applies to videos, assessments, PDFs, worksheets, downloadable resources and all other course materials.

15. Account Sharing

Membership accounts are intended for one student only. Sharing usernames or passwords, allowing others to access your membership or circumventing access controls is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of sharing may be suspended or terminated without refund.

By creating an account, downloading free resources, purchasing a membership or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive educational emails, service announcements, membership updates and promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

17. Privacy
